1st April 2012, an idea with a strong determination came live with millions of hope and willpower to “help businesses turn their digital ideas into a reality.” With time, we evolved with many talents, technology, tools, and partners to stand by our commitment. Now, after 11 years, when we look back, it all seems like a miracle.
Yes, you read it right. We are 11 years old and slowly but surely moving towards joining the elite web and mobile app development company club.
An occasion like this call for a celebration, and we did organize a grand celebration last evening which goes like this:

The grandeur facility amazed us with its management and hospitality. The manager and support staff did a tremendous job and left us nothing to worry about.
The stage is all set with the 11th-year celebration banner. Tables and chairs were perfectly placed for colleagues and their family members. Meanwhile, besides the stage, the Dj has given a Thumbps up to start the program in time.
The Special Event Demands a Special Anchor
While we were all ready for the program to start at 7 PM, our proactive and confident Anchor made his way to the stage with a smile.
He starts with a welcome speech followed by a Welcome Drink to begin the evening that belongs to Metizsoft Solutions.
Fully informed and prepared, he didn’t miss a single point to reminisce about our glorious 10 years and congratulate us on continuing the legacy for the 11th year and so on.
It’s Showbiz Time
Before anything, he invited all the beautiful ladies and gentlemen to the stage to showcase their Fashion Skills.
The occasion demands some showbiz and paparazzi, and everyone anticipated it gracefully—an excellent and stylish way to start the show.
Antakshari & Games
To make us feel alive, he divided all the Metizians into two groups and started the Antakshari Game. Well, it was different from the general one.
This game involves key points like numbers, seasons (Winter, Summer, Spring), and locations from where we have to guess the song and continue the rhythm till we get stuck and fail to guess.
It was fun, a perfect beginning for a happy mood and evening.
Soon after the Antakshari, he invited everyone to perform in Groups or Teams, Dancing to different beats. A short and fun dance of 5-10 minutes that lift’s everyone energy.
Word of Appreciation by Chetan Sir
Once the gift moment ends, it’s time for the Founder and CEO to come to the stage and share his thoughts on his and Metizsoft’s 11 Years Journey so far.
He walked towards the stage like a confident and happy boss, immensely proud of his organization and colleagues.
During his entire speech, he spoke about those initial days. It was difficult back then, and how they managed everything to overcome all the obstacles to cherish this moment.
However, he congratulates everyone, including family members who have been there for them and still support them to achieve more and big.
“We have a long way to go, and this is only the beginning” with this, he ends his speech and receives the Loudest Cheers and appreciation from everyone.
More Games
Now it’s time for some more games. This time we played the Balloon Game where the Anchor had already put METIZSOFT SOLUTIONS names inside the balloons. He divided us into two groups:
Chetan Sir Group
Manthan Sir Group
Our job is to expand the balloon to find the alphabet and sets them in the correct order to complete the company name.
But, the surprise in this game is that we can’t use our hands to blow the balloon. I am sure you can guess how the event would have turned out. Full of laughter!
Following this game, we play another game named Passing The Parcel, where two people join a circle and pass the parcel to fellow mates before the circle drops.
Last Game Of The Evening
After jumping, blowing balloons, and playing Antakshari, The Anchor called for the last game of the evening, “Guess Song.”
It simply means the DJ will play only the music for a few seconds, and you have to guess the song’s name. These games tested not only our skills but also our music knowledge as well.
Gifts For Children & Loved Ones
Soon after the team dance, the Anchor gave us a moment to settle down to start the next event. It indulges gifts for employees, children, and family members.
There’s no better and more loving gesture than this from the management, which gave those Kiddos and partnered a wide smile.
Award Felicitation
Our event is incomplete without facilitating the deserving ones—our dedicated and loyal employees are the backbone of our success.
This time, there were only four awards.
1st Three for successfully completing five years at Metizsoft Solutions. The list includes the following:

Once we finish with the awards, we move ahead to the final stage of the evening Cake Cutting and group photo.
The Anchor invited everyone to the stage, where Manthan & Chetan Sir cut the cake and celebrated the 11th-year completion with everyone.

Final Words
Stepping into the 11th year feels like a dream come true in many ways. Many organizations rarely come, stand rock solid, fight against chaos, and achieve such milestones.
We work hard and overcome every obstacle to be enlisted on this elite list. We are eleven years old and made the Occasion Memorable with a Rocking Celebration like this.
It was a pleasant and soothing evening with all Metizians. Everything went as scheduled. All colleagues and bosses contributed to the event, making it a cherishable moment for a lifetime.
