Day 1 Highlights
As the event day approached, our excitement touched cloud 9. We have been preparing for the program for the past week, and finally, the day arrived.
On Saturday, March 16th, we reached the LJ Institute of Engineering Technology event destination at 8:30 AM sharp. In readiness, we took a detour off the campus, especially the Auditorium, where the event was set to occur. We did click a few pictures, which is obvious.
But the real excitement erupts when we see our booth/box, a tiny tent with our company’s logo and name in a blue and white Theme. That did give us the real vibe of the primary sponsor. We couldn’t have asked for better. It was beyond perfection.
Opening Ceremony
The stage is set! It has been decoared exactly like a tech-stack event. The organizers did a great job with the theme and styling. They invited a professional anchor who started excellently with the opening speech. One by one, he invited all the guests to the stage for the “Lighting the Lamp” ceremony.

Then comes the keynote speakers’ time, where respectable guests deliver their speeches. They discuss the importance and impact of AI, ML, and other tech stacks today. They enlighten these prospects on the good and bad sides of their prospects and advise everyone to maximize such opportunities to enhance their skills.
Soon after their speeches, the anchor explained the program’s agenda and revealed the hackathon prices. The winner’s price is 50K+, whereas the prices are 21K+ and 11K+. These were good numbers, which excited the participants. The anchor also revealed that organizers have called upon many mentors and participants for help during the competition.
This enclosed the opening ceremony, and the hackathon began!

Our role at the DataThrone 2024, Ahmedabad, continued with being the frontline sponsor. The community honored us beyond obligation and invited our beloved CEO, Mr. Manthan Bhavsar, to be one of the hackathon’s jurors/judges.

Day 2 Highlights
Day 2 started with planning as usual. The participants and mentors began their projects where they had left them on the previous days. Everyone was eying for the winner’s spot and price. Meanwhile, our CEO, Mr.Manthan, was preparing for the interview.
The interview was the major highlight of the day for us. In between, we got busy connecting and engaging with various clients and other officials. It was another inspiring event where we explored every minute of the opportunities and got overwhelming responses from the people we interacted with.
Lastly, before dawn, we returned to the Auditorium to participate in the closing ceremony. By then, we had also chosen our winners. With the announcement and closing ceremony speeches, we wrapped up yet another successful event as the frontline sponsor.
